دوالي الخصية
دوالي الخصية هي حالة خلل في الأوردة تظهر عادة في الرجال عندما تصبح الأوردة على شكل الضفائر، وتتوسع داخل كيس الصفن (المحيط الخصيتين). ويعتقد أن حوالي 15٪ من الذكور لديهم دوالي الخصية.
أعراض دوالي الخصية
معظم الرجال الذين يعانون من دوالي الخصية ليس لديهم أعراض، ولكن هذا لا يعني أنها غير مؤذية، فقد يسبب دوالي الخصية العقم، كما أنه يؤدي إلى تباطؤ نمو الخصية اليسرى عند البلوغ، وتقدر نسبة الرجال الذين يعانون من مشاكل في إنجاب الأطفال بسبب دوالي الحبل المنوي بنحو 40 بالمائة،

تشخيص دوالي الخصية

العلاج الجراحي
